3 medium sized chickens split in half
Pre-heat
Bubba 20/30 minutes
Wash
and cut chickens in half; salt and pepper prior
to placing on oven
Place
chicken halves on cooking surface rib side down,
close lid and have a drink
I
open Bubba after about 30 minutes and turn chicken
over (not required but I do) and cook for 30/40
minutes more. Chickens are done and will fall off
bone. (If it is a windy day, sometimes it will
take another 15 minutes)
I
then dip chickens in my special home made sauce
and let rest 15 minutes before eating
They
will be the most tender moist chicken you have
ever cooked and you don't have to stand by with
a spray bottle of water to keep the flames from
burning your chickens. |
