Sprinkle entire piece of meat with
Lowerys season salt.
Heat grill for 20/30 minutes on high
heat.
Place a piece of HD tinfoil on cooking
grid under loin making a tray to catch juices. Place
loin on tin foil in grill. Close lid and entertain
your guest while Bubba does the cooking.
Cook for approximately 2 hours at
350/F (Rare is my choice) a little longer for more
doneness.
Serve with new potatoes rubbed in
butter cooked at the same time on Bubba (just not as
long). |
