1 Whole Chicken
1 Can Budweiser Beer
1 Stick Butter
Favorite Seasonings
Light grill and let it get hot.
Take 1/2 stick butter and rub all
over chicken inside and out.
Open beer and pour about 1/4 out.
Take butter and push into open cavity.
Sit beer on counter and place large
hole of chicken over beer can and push can into cavity,
about 1/2 to 1/4 of can will remain out of bird.
Take favorite seasonings and rub all
over outside of bird.
Put bird on can on top of grill, the
can will be what the bird is sitting on.
It will hods the bird up.
Cook for 1 hour.
The hardest part is trying to get
the chicken back off the can without pulling the bird
apart. (I usually end up pulling the leg bones right
out). |
