Grilling…
Preheat
oven for 30 minutes.
For
a 1-inch thick steak, cooked to medium, grill it about 10
minutes on each side.
For
a 2-3 lb whole chicken cook 30-40 minutes, skin side
up. This is a split bird. Then, cook for another 30-40
minutes. Put some sauce over the bird and return to
oven for 10 minutes.
For
Ribs and Chops about 1-inch thick, cook on each side
15-20 minutes. Then, dump 'em in some sauce or if
you want to be fancy, brush the sauce on lightly using
that fancy brush you don't normally use. After their
smothered with sauce the ribs or chops should go back
in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, or longer,
depending on your own delicate taste buds.
Bubba
does permit you to dip the meat in sauce at turning
time, it's just up to you.
