Close valve on Bubba's drain and fill drip pan with
water and beer.
Pre-heat Bubba Bar-B-Q Oven for 30
minutes on high.
When the steam vapor starts, place
the lobster and clams on cooking surface and close
lid for about 30 minutes (Clams will open first). Check
lobster and cook a little more if needed.
Serve with your favorite wine and
cheese along with a dipping sauce.
