Steaming
For
steaming seafood, just follow the directions for smoking
and allow about 15 to 20 minutes cooking time for most seafood.
And
as usual, Bubba wants you to cook things your way so of
course, using liquid smoke and chips is purely up to you
and your own taste buds.
Make
sure the oven is settin' on level ground.
Open
the oven lid and close the drain valve.
Pour
one gallon of water in the drip pan; if you want, add wood
chips to the chip tray.
Add
4 to 6 ounces of liquid smoke to the water. When you steam
starting to vent out of the chimney, its a strong signal
that its time to start cooking.
Then,
put the seafood on the oven and close the lid.
Allow 15 to 20 minutes cooking time for most seafood.
